Annual Cake Bake – 11th March 2010 In support of World Kidney Day 2010 Who can resist delicious home made cakes, muffins, cupcakes, cookies and the like? Well I know I certainly can’t! This year’s annual event is a ‘Cake Bake’ and to highlight our work we are organising it to coincide with World Kidney Day on 11th March 2010. How much do you know about your kidneys and how to make sure they stay healthy? Take a look at what can you do for your kidneys Pop on your aprons and have some fun by getting involved with this year’s ‘Cake Bake. You will be helping to raise the awareness of healthy kidneys and the work that we do but more importantly raising money for some very special children. The idea is simple:- - Ask your employee if they will support your involvement in the Cake Bake - Ask friends and colleagues to get involved by baking some goodies to sell - Cake Bake Poster 2010 - Display the ‘7 easy steps to healthy kidneys/ information leaflet - Dedicate time during the day for staff to buy each others home-made goodies - Count up the money raised - Send a cheque to Hopscotch If you would like any further information or additional information leaflets to use on the day please do not hesitate to contact us or call 0845 241 6295.
